AUSCO PAK is a customer driven and quality assured company, established by experienced food industry executives to provide outstanding levels of customer service to food manufacturing with a need to utilize co-packing operators for non-core packing, secondary processing, blending and product handling activities.
The primary customer service objective at AUSCO PAK is to provide in-full, on-time deliveries for all customers who entrust their products and raw materials to its care.
The Customer Service strategy is based on a structured “TQM” approach, in everything we do, to ensure each customer is provided with outstanding levels of customer satisfaction….. to encourage each customer to continue to utilize the services provided.
The “TQM” process provides each customer with key performance measurements on all aspects of the AUSCO PAK operations including:-
Clearly defining each customers requirements…. and meeting those requirements
Management by measurement…. clearly communicating actual performance against planned performance
Prevention… used as a positive and pro-active management tool to guarantee performance and quality
Zero defects… a standard by which customers can monitor and measure our performance
Transparency in everything we do… we will provide each customer with an ongoing assessment of work in progress and regular updates of orders in progress
